I didn’t go to the gym this morning because I woke up tired and in a terrible mood. I get anxious when I’m going to try something new, even if it’s just a new gym. I didn’t have the courage today. My eating was large but not explosive. Adjei’s best buddy had a birthday party and I just can’t resist mimosa’s, pizza, and cupcakes. It was worth the points. Tomorrow is my long run and I’m going to drink a coconut water with mango chunks before. We’ll see how I do.
