Skinny bitches

I lost 1.4 pounds this week!  It felt really great hearing that news but something else happened in that meeting that felt even better.  We had a substitute leader who weighed me in and was giving me praise about my total weight loss. So anyway, to make a long story short, at the end of the meeting the leader asks for celebrations.  Well, I raise my hand and say, "1.4 pounds".  The substitute leader then says, “I’m sure people are thinking, who cares that this thin girl lost a pound.” Then he tells me to tell everyone how much weight I’ve lost and I say, “63 pounds.”  I couldn’t believe he called me thin!  I just couldn’t believe I was now one of the thin girls in the meeting.  There are times when I look at the skinny girls in there talking about their food challenges and I’m always thinking, “oh god, you skinny bitch why are you even here?!”  Am I now becoming one of the skinny bitches in the room?!  So crazy awesome!  I also found out that one of the skinny bitches I would get annoyed at is down 55 pounds.  

I didn’t go to the gym this morning because I woke up tired and in a terrible mood.  I get anxious when I’m going to try something new, even if it’s just a new gym.  I  didn’t have the courage today.  My eating was large but not explosive.  Adjei’s best buddy had a birthday party and I just can’t resist mimosa’s, pizza, and cupcakes.  It was worth the points.  Tomorrow is my long run and I’m going to drink a coconut water with mango chunks before.  We’ll see how I do.
