I’m so pooped! I did my 6 mile run this morning and it wasn't bad. I feel like I didn’t eat enough last night or this morning to support that run but I did good. I’m very tired but I have to share something that happened this morning. I was all set to leave my apt. and I was totally motivated to go for my run and right before I’m about to leave, my son Adjei runs and gets his running shoes. He’s putting them on frantically and he says to me, “mommy I’m going with you on your run!" I really wanted to get my run over with while the weather was still cool but I couldn't resist my little man's excitement. So I took my boo bear out for a short run. It was so awesome and he did so good. We ran to a nearby park and did two laps. It was about .75 of a mile. Adjei was like in total jock mode. It made me think that I needed to take advantage of these moments while he’s young and still wants to be with me all the time. I also rode my bike with E Berg, we did a little over 4 miles. It was a good day.
